We offer French classes throughout the year at the Cité des Prairies!

Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in our Fall French Classes. Whether you’re just beginning your French-learning journey or looking to build on your existing skills, we’re excited to learn with you this fall!

 

 

 

Classes will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Participants will be assigned to a class level and schedule based on their placement test results and overall enrollment.

Available class time slots:

• 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
• 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

While we will do our best to accommodate preferences, final class placement will depend on assessment results and registration numbers.

French Placement Test

To help us place you in a class that best matches your current level, we ask all participants to complete a French Placement Test before registering.

Don’t worry — this is not an exam, and there is no passing or failing. The placement test simply helps us understand your current comfort level with French so that we can create groups where everyone can learn and progress together.

Once placement tests have been reviewed and registrations have been received, ACFA Lethbridge will finalize class levels, schedules, and start times. Participants will then be contacted with information about their class placement and next steps.

Payment Information

Registration fees:

• Current ACFA Members: $200
• Non-Members: $215 (includes a one-year ACFA membership)

Non-members must complete their ACFA membership registration through the following link:

Payment can be made by e-transfer to:

Please include “French Classes – [Your Name]” in the message section of your e-transfer.

Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.

ACFA Lethbridge reserves the right to cancel, combine, or modify classes based on enrollment.
